EOI CLOSE - 9th AUGUST 2024
The Energy Club NT invites you to our 2024 "Meet the Buyer" On the Road to Success event on 17th September 2024, before NT Resources Week.
This year, we're hosting it in a new format to enhance engagement and foster connections within industry designed for greater success.
The day will begin at the Darwin Convention Centre, where buses will take the "Buyers" to their matched industry suppliers' facilities for tours to understand the capabilities within the NT energy sector.
Lunch in Palmerston will provide an intermission for further networking opportunities for service providers as well as a chance to hear from our major event sponsor, INPEX.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) form will ask you to select the capability you have in the Northern Territory. This selection will act as a matchmaking service to industry 'Buyers' who are needing this product/service for their project.
We will have around 3-4 buses traveling concurrently. It has been advised to the buyers to bring multiple representatives for each bus. This will allow for each local business to get the opportunity to meet with desired companies.
We invite local businesses that may not have facilities to the lunch gathering at being held in Palmerston in an expo-style format. Understanding not every local business has a facility to display, we offer this opportunity as part of our hybrid system. Please specify your interest when completing the EOI.
By adopting this new format, the Energy Club NT aims to facilitate better engagements. Although this matchmaking will not be perfect, it will allow for local businesses to showcase their facilities first hand to buyers that are here for NT Resources Week.
It is recommended when registering your EOI to think of the professionalism you are wanting to showcase these buyers. This opportunity could be the beginning of a significant long-term investment into your businesses which the Energy Club NT wants to encourage.
Please note: A strict approach will be taken to the final selection of NT Suppliers, expressing interest doesn't guarantee a spot, further information will be presented to you upon confirmation.
